Real Estate in the residential form
Monday, December 15th, 2008Real Estate primary deals with land and anything and everything affixed to it. The legalized agreement for the right to properly occupy a proper dwelling is called the housing tenure. There are several types of tenures for housing available and these include tenancy, housing cooperative, owner occupancy and squatting only to name a few.
Sure these terms might just sound absolutely alien to a person who is detached from such things but for one who earns his living or is deeply into real estate all these terms are common. Other such terms also include co-housing as well as condominiums. The residences can also be differentiated in a situation when they are attached to the residential places lying in the close neighborhoods.
There are many types of housing tenures available and all of which can be used for the same bodily form. To cite an example, connected residents might just be owned by a single body.
